Calling time on the rip offs
We really can’t stand rip offs. The amount of times we’ve heard horror stories about a company screwing their customers for maximum possible revenue without giving a thought to what they actually need is really frightening. And we’ve come across a few unscrupulous operations ourselves.
Not only does this give agencies a bad reputation but it’s just not right. We’ve actually turned business away on numerous occasions when a company has approached us and said they want something when in reality they actually needed something totally different.
Sure we could have done a great job, taken the money and run. But this is not what we’re all about. Firstly it’s against our company values to rip off our clients. Secondly, is ripping people off a good way to build a long term relationship? We love long term relationships and building trust is just the starting point.
So what’s to be done? Well the new world of social media is already having a dramatic impact on businesses and its here to stay. So whether you blog or tweet, there is an opportunity to call time on the rip offs
