Updating your brand identity is always an emotive subject no matter what business you’re in, but especially when you’re a charity. So when East Cheshire Hospice decided it was time to update its brand identity, due to the vast amount of emotional stakeholders there had to be good reason.
The motivation behind the evolution of the brand look and feel was to make East Cheshire Hospice a warmer and more engaging brand as it was felt that the existing branding was cold and uninviting. The results were well received by all involved at the Hospice after carefully managed communication with all stakeholders groups.
