The Solution:

After undertaking brainstorming sessions with senior members of the team at DeskDirect Global to identify the core value proposition, key messages, target audiences, vision, values and tone of voice. A strategic positioning document was developed. This information was used as an internal briefing document and platform for all brand development activities.

Once the strategic positioning was identified we developed the brand identify and a set of guidelines. These were then used to develop the sales tool kit that included a website, brochures, proposal covers, CD covers, PowerPoint presentation, iconography, exhibitions materials and case studies. The whole project was delivered within six weeks of commencing the project.

 

The Benefits:

We were able to offer maximum flexibility to ensure that the project was delivered to very tight timelines which meant that the client could meet its objectives. A project plan helped to ensure that the project was delivered on time and on budget.
